Our owner financing is simple.  Everyone is approved!  All you have to do is put a down payment on the property you want to purchase and start making the monthly payments 30 days later.  Each listing has the down payment and monthly payments at the bottom of the ad.  You can follow the terms in the ad listing or contact us for customized options.  We offer financing terms from 12 months to 60 months with several down payment options.  All at  8% interest.
